Forum for partners and friends of the New European Bauhaus

The NEB in Central Europe forum is part of the New European Bauhaus festival, one of the key activities of the European Commission’s initiative of the same name.
The forum will bring together official NEB partners from Slovakia and representatives of the NEB initiative from neighboring countries on one platform. This will create a unique meeting of partners and supporters of the New European Bauhaus and the idea of integrating sustainability, inclusion, and culture in Central Europe.
The aim is to continue cooperation, and express a common stance on the current societal situation related to the integration of environmental care with cultural (aesthetic) values, and human rights.
The program will include the presentation of a joint declaration, which builds upon the Manifest 2020 regarding the impact of construction on the environment issued in 2019 (https://manifest2020.sk/iniciativa-manifest-2020/). The original intentions of this document remain relevant; however, over the past five years since its formulation, much has changed globally and at the level of the European Union. The initiators of the original manifesto and partners of the New European Bauhaus in Slovakia invite all interested parties to join the updated declaration, reflecting the developments of the past five years.
